Enjoy a 4-Course Wine Dinner at George Martin’s Strip Steak on Tuesday, November 1st

With each decadent course experience a glass of Strip Steak’s finest wine. Start the meal with a plate of Micro Greens, featuring pea tendrils, micro shoots, red watercress, brie disc and raspberry emulsion aside a glass of Chandon, Rose, Sparkling. 
 
Next,  sip a glass of Acacia, Chardonnay, Los Carneros Estate 2009 while relishing a piece of Chilean Sea Bass cooked with matchstick asparagus, celery root puree and red bell epper beurre blanc. 

Leave room for your third course! Bite into a Black Angus Sirloin cooked with petite organic mushrooms, Yukon potato lardons, crispy shallots and glace served with a glass of Sterling Vineyards, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2008.

Complete the evening with Pumpkin Crème Brulee dessert highlighted by crème fraiche and brown sugar foam. The final course is served with a glass of Beaulieu Vineyard, Muscat De Beaulieu, 1998.
