George Martin’s flagship restaurant, George Martin The Original and Strip Steak are taking part in Long Island Restaurant Week running from November 6th through November 13th

The Original is an award winning American Bistro located in Rockville Centre. The Original offers a wide variety of steaks, chops, seafood and house specialties, as well as fresh salads and pasta.

StripSteak, located in Great River, Suffolk County, is a true, upscale, intimate steakhouse offering many of the same choices as The Original. 

During Long Island’s Restaurant Week, you can choose an appetizer, entrée and dessert from the special menu for only $24.95. Below are the menu’s for The Original and Strip Steak.

Grillfire’s “Japanese Peanuts” steamed edamame, garlic, hot chili oil
Polenta Crusted Calamari charred tomato-corn salsa, Dijon aioli
Traditional Cesar Salad romaine, pecorino Romano, baked croutons
Iceberg Wedge choice of bleu cheese or Russian dressing, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, balsamic drizzle
Sopressata “Carpaccio” spicy Italian sopressata, baby arugula, croutons, pecorino, fresh lemon and olive oil
